What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) draws on concepts from many areas of psychology and psychotherapy. It helps you to understand how and why we do what we do, and to change those behaviour and thinking patterns that are unhelpful. It also assists you to develop a greater sense of self-control, recognise your own best qualities, and use them well.

What is EFT or Tapping?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique (sometimes called Tapping) and in essence is an emotional version of acupuncture, except we don't use needles. Instead, we stimulate certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips.

EFT is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Stanford Engineer Gary Craig developed EFT as a self-help tool for people struggling with painful emotions that traditional medical and psychological treatments had been unable to help.
